Heavy Duty A-Arm Pins Demon powersports - Can-Am

Demon Heavy Duty ball joints are reinforced replacements for OEM ball joints, designed for Can-Am vehicles used in more demanding off-road conditions. This is a very good upgrade for those who want to improve suspension durability, reduce play, and increase the system's resistance to overloading during off-road driving.

The ball joints are made entirely of double heat-treated 4340 chromoly steel, then protected with a zinc coating to increase corrosion resistance and long-term operation. According to the manufacturer, the design is approximately 2x stronger than OEM ball joints.

Compared to factory components, the Demon Heavy Duty ball joint pin does not taper as much as in standard ball joints, which increases its strength and resistance to bending or breaking. This is particularly important with larger wheels, heavy tires, driving in mud, over rocks, and during high-speed off-road driving.

The ball joints are serviceable, adjustable, and equipped with a grease fitting for lubrication. Thanks to the threaded nut, the pin tension can be adjusted and any play that develops over time can be eliminated, extending the life of the component and maintaining precise suspension operation.
