SECURITY

The cage, seats, belts, fire extinguisher, mountings – everything has to function under stress and impact.

RELIABILITY

Cooling, drive, brakes and installation – we eliminate common failure points before takeoff.

SETUP FOR THE ROUTE

Sand, rock, fast gravel – we adjust the suspension, pressures and geometry to suit the conditions.

PROCEDURES

Checklists, pit service, spare parts and a breakdown plan – to get to the finish line.

What do we do?

Preparing for a rally isn't about "adding power." It's about planning: safety, reliability, temperature, drivetrain, and suspension. In practice, this means addressing common weaknesses and setting the vehicle up for real-world track conditions.

We work on UTV platforms: Maverick R, Maverick X3, Polaris Pro R, and Polaris RZR Turbo R. If you specify the event, distance, and terrain, we will prioritize the budget to focus on what delivers results.

PRE-START CHECKLIST

Below is a basic checklist. If you're racing against the clock, these are the things that most often save the rally. We'll refine the priorities for each specific model and route.

safety: Cage, seats, belts, fire extinguishing system, main power switch

wheels: condition of rims and tires, pressure, spare

suspension: clearances, shock absorbers, limiters, bearings, pins, wishbones

brakes: fluid, pads, discs, hoses

steering system: play in rods and gears, ends, mountings, condition

Cooling: fluid levels, patency, fans, hoses and clamps

drive: driveshafts, axles, belt condition

service: tools, tightening torques, spare parts

Tip from experience: if something raises doubts in the workshop, it will only get worse on the stage. It's better to replace it "as a spare" than to fall off on the first loop.
