- Every service - regardless of the vehicle type - begins with a thorough cleaning.
- We dismantle wheels, protective plates, seats and all components that may hinder cleaning and inspection.
- We then carefully inspect the frame and suspension for cracks, bends, damage and looseness.
- Computer diagnostics. The next step involves inspecting the braking, cooling (efficiency and leaks), steering, and drive systems. All bolted connections are checked with a torque wrench and secured with appropriate means.
- Then we lubricate service points, replace oils, filters and operating fluids – including brake fluid, which wears out much faster in rally vehicles operating at high temperatures.
- We check the alignment and geometry, eliminate curvatures and finally inspect the safety elements: seat belts, seat mountings, anchor points and everything that affects the safety of the driver and co-driver.
UTV service
Vehicle servicing is tailored to actual use. We use different procedures for recreational vehicles used occasionally, and different ones for rally and extreme-duty vehicles. The frequency of maintenance, scope of work, and priorities depend on the vehicle's intensity of use.

CLEAN WORK
TYPES OF SERVICE
Recreational vehicles and rally vehicles require a completely different approach. Below, we clearly distinguish between procedures, intervals, and scope of work.
Vehicles used occasionally: daily driving, forest trips, light to moderate off-road use. Service intervals are longer, and the scope of work is adapted to moderate wear.
• Periodic inspections
• Suspension and frame inspection
• Oil and filter replacement
• Checking the braking and steering systems
• Security
Vehicles subjected to intense and extreme use. Shorter intervals, complete inspection of critical points, and work performed frequently after each event or stage.
• Service after each ride/start
• Inspection of the frame, cracks and warps
• Replacing fluids operating at high temperatures
• Full security control
Check for clearances, leaks, and wear. Check critical points before departure.
Replacement of consumables, removal of faults, field repairs.
Axles, joints, bearings, shock absorbers, bushings – these are the most stressed elements.
Accessories, cables, installation/repair, corrections after modifications.
Pre-start checklist: tightening, securing, cooling, brakes, test.

A short checklist to be performed on rally vehicles before competition or intensive driving.
• Belts and their fastenings
• Seat mounts
• Anchor points
• Cage/frame condition
• And others…
• Suspension and play
• Steering system
• Brakes and brake fluid
• Cooling and tightness
• And others…
• Tightening the screws with a torque wrench
• Connection security
• Lubrication of service points
• Geometry and convergence control
• And others…
