Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Race Spec ball joints are reinforced suspension components designed for Can-Am vehicles used in demanding off-road conditions. They are a stronger alternative to stock OEM ball joints and are engineered for aggressive off-road driving, larger wheels, lift kits, and heavily loaded UTV configurations.

The X-Treme Heavy Duty design utilizes a 300M alloy steel stud and an oversized 4340 chromoly steel housing and nut. This combination of materials provides very high resistance to impacts, overloads, and material fatigue, which is particularly important when driving over rocks, mud, dunes, fast off-road trails, and in rally conditions.

The use of a threaded body and a threaded nut eliminates the weak point of classic ball joints, which is the snap ring. This means the ball joint is mechanically locked in the control arm, improving mounting security and the durability of the entire suspension system.

Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty ball joints are adjustable, greaseable, and serviceable, which extends their lifespan and maintains precise suspension operation even under intensive use.
