AVID Baja Long Travel LT80" Rear Suspension Kit - Polaris RZR PRO R

The AVID LT80” Rear Baja Kit for Polaris RZR Pro R is a complete, race-ready rear suspension system, designed from the ground up based on real Baja rally testing. This solution not only strengthens the rear of the vehicle but, most importantly, corrects the suspension geometry, eliminating problems of the stock design and significantly improving vehicle handling at high speeds.

This is a complete rebuild of the rear suspension for competitive driving – stable, predictable, and ready for the toughest terrain.

What it provides in driving

• significantly greater stability at high speeds
• elimination of "wheel scrub" (wheel jerking during suspension operation)
• smoother suspension operation over bumps
• better traction during acceleration
• greater control in ruts, bottoming out, and load changes

The vehicle handles more predictably and "readably", especially in fast terrain and aggressive driving.

Racing Geometry

• widening the vehicle to 80”
• elimination of improper wheel operation

Construction and Technology

• 4130 Chromoly construction (TIG welded)
• optional radius rod plate in 7075-T6 aluminum or chromoly
• double shear mounting (maximum rigidity)

To fully utilize the kit's potential, additional components are required or recommended:

Axle Shafts (required):

• Summer Brothers Racing 300M (compatible with stock CV joints)
• Demon Xtreme HD 300M (complete kits)

Rear Radius Rods (required for LT80 geometry):

• 7075 aluminum or chromoly
• matched to the LT80 system

Toe link kit (recommended / practically required):

• adjustable kit for proper rear axle geometry

Brake lines:

• possibility to adapt stock lines
• or use extended lines

Shock absorber reinforcement:

• 7/8” shafts instead of stock 5/8”
