Full exhaust system - Yamaha YXZ1000R

Full exhaust system for Yamaha YXZ 1000, designed for significant power gains, improved exhaust flow, and a sporty engine sound. The kit includes a TIG-welded stainless steel header and a muffler made of 6061 aluminum and stainless steel.

According to the manufacturer, when combined with proper ECU tuning, the system provides substantial power gains across the entire RPM range, not just at peak. This solution is intended for vehicles used in sports, rallies, and more powerful off-road configurations.

• Low-range, 4000 RPM: +5 hp / approx. +5.1 PS and +12.2 Nm
• High RPM, 10200 RPM: +38 hp / approx. +38.5 PS and +66.4 Nm

Notes:

This exhaust system generates a large power increase, therefore the manufacturer advises against using it without proper ECU tuning. An ECU flash or custom tuning matched to this exhaust is recommended.
