Engine preparation package for TURBO - Yamaha YXZ1000R / YXZ1000S

Engine preparation kit for Yamaha YXZ1000R / YXZ1000S with turbo kit, designed for high-power configurations from approximately 180 to 350 hp. The kit has been developed with a focus on significant power gains, engine durability, and adjustable boost pressure.

The package includes reinforced engine components, larger injectors, a clutch, head studs, valve springs, and ECU tuning. According to the manufacturer, with pump gas, the kit can achieve over 200 hp, and with racing fuel and appropriate boost settings, up to approximately 350 hp. The maximum recommended boost pressure is approximately 1.38 bar.

Alba Racing Stage 2 camshafts can improve turbo spool-up and provide approximately +20.3 hp at the same boost pressure.

Notes:

For the YXZ1000SS version, a BoostLok Clutch is required. The kit does not work with the stock SS clutch.

The stock muffler is too restrictive for this power level, so the manufacturer recommends using an SBD Spark Arrestor Kit or another slip-on system.

To perform an ECU reflash, the control unit must be sent in.
