Heavy Hitter Flywheel - Yamaha YXZ1000R

The Heavy Hitter Flywheel for Yamaha YXZ 1000 is an upgrade that improves driving smoothness at low speeds, starting from a standstill, and vehicle control in difficult terrain. It is a very good solution for rock crawling, hill climbs, tight trails, mud, sand, and technical off-roading.

The flywheel is more than 2x heavier than the stock one and has an increased diameter, which helps reduce engine stalling, lessens jerking during downshifts, and facilitates power transfer to the ground. According to the manufacturer, it does not cause any loss of power or acceleration, while improving the vehicle's smooth operation.

The stock flywheel weighs about 2.45 kg, while the Heavy Hitter weighs about 4.5 kg. Thanks to the increased diameter, the manufacturer states its noticeable effect is comparable to a flywheel weighing about 5.4 kg.
