Speeding in the Dust: Polish Cross-Country Rally Cup and Polish Cross-Country Championship 2026 – What you need to know!

Besides the popular Baja rallies, the Polish off-road scene is vibrant thanks to two key series: the Polish Rally Cup for Off-Road Vehicles (RPPST) and the Polish Championship for Off-Road Vehicles (RMPST) . The calendar is packed in 2026, offering plenty of opportunities for everyone from amateurs to professionals to compete.

How are these series different?

• RPPST: This is a great place to start for those who want to try their hand at competition. The courses are often less technically demanding than RMPST, and the rules are a bit more relaxed. Many rounds take place on well-known training grounds and gravel pits. UTVs often compete here in dedicated classes, allowing them to gain experience.

• RMPST: This is truly the elite of Polish off-road racing. Longer, more demanding special stages, often with cross-country elements and challenging obstacles. The competition is fierce, and teams invest in professional equipment.

Where can you find UTVs in these series? In both the RPPST and RMPST, the SSV (Side-by-Side Vehicle) class, our UTVs, is incredibly popular. More and more teams are switching to lightweight and fast Polaris RZRs or Can-Am Mavericks, which can outperform even more powerful designs.

What awaits us in 2026? The 2026 calendar is spread across the entire season, from early spring to late fall. Expect rounds at venues such as:

• Drawsko Pomorskie: Always a must-see, offering fast and challenging sections.

• Żagań: Dynamic, gravel routes, perfect for developing speed.

• Płock / Olsztyn / Ruda Śląska: Often appear as locations for more technical and spectacular special stages.
