Xtreme Heavy Duty Ball Joints Demon Powersports - Polaris

Demon X-Treme Heavy Duty Race Spec ball joints are reinforced suspension components designed for Polaris vehicles used in extreme off-road conditions. They are a stronger replacement for OEM ball joints and are engineered for aggressive off-road driving, larger wheels, lift kits, and heavily loaded UTV and ATV configurations.

The X-Treme Heavy Duty design utilizes a 300M alloy steel stud and an oversized 4340 chromoly steel housing and nut. This combination of materials provides very high resistance to impact, overload, and material fatigue during driving over rocks, mud, dunes, and on fast off-road trails.

The use of a threaded body and a threaded nut eliminates the weak point of classic ball joints, which is the snap ring. This mechanically locks the ball joint in the control arm, improving durability and secure mounting under heavy loads.

The ball joints are adjustable, greasable, and rebuildable, which extends their lifespan and maintains precise suspension operation even with intensive use.
