The AVID LT80” Front Baja Kit for Polaris RZR Pro R is a complete, race-ready front suspension system, designed from the ground up for optimal geometry, strength, and maximum control at high speeds.

This is not just a regular upgrade – it's a full front-end rebuild to rally specifications. The kit widens the track to 80 inches, improves key suspension parameters, and eliminates stock geometry issues such as bump steer and instability at high speeds.

What it provides in driving

• greater control in ruts, bumps, and landings

• widens the vehicle to 80” (greater stability)

• caster set to baseline +7°
• optimized suspension travel throughout the entire range

Construction and components

• 4130 Chromoly A-arms (TIG welded)
• 1” uniballs instead of stock ball joints
• 7075 billet knuckles (double shear)
• 7075 billet tie rods
  

The double shear design eliminates deflection and significantly increases strength under extreme loads.

IMPORTANT – additional components required

This kit changes the geometry and width of the vehicle, therefore additional components are required:

• longer axles – e.g., Demon Xtreme HD or Turner
• brake lines – extended or modification of stock ones
• limit straps (recommended) – suspension and shock protection
• reinforced shock shafts (7/8”)
